Greetings!
The 88th Regional Readiness Command, US Army Reserve, cordially invites
you and your group members to the 2008 Minnesota Military Expo!
This year's FREE event will be at the 88th RRC headquarters, Ft.
Snelling, Minnesota (same as last year!) on Friday and Saturday, 16 and
17 May. Friday's event will focus mainly on school-aged kids and our
intent is to work with local schools/organizations on arranging field
trips for the students. The public is invited out as well!
Start time for both days is 9 a.m. and the gates will close at 4 p.m.
Events include car crushing with tanks, rock-walk climbing, and basic
training for kids. We will stand up a Combat Support Hospital (or CSH,
think M*A*S*H*), have engineering equipment to look at, and lots of
vendors and food. We will also have shuttles running between Ft.
Snelling and Historic Ft. Snelling so feel free to visit both sites!
